Financial Information
The expense of educating your child here at VAS is shared by the Northern California Conference Board of Education, the Vacaville Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and you the parent.

Tuition and Fees
Below is the VAS Fees Schedule for the 2018-2019 Academic Year

Community Rate                            $5,310.00               $590.00
Adventist Rate                                $5,022.00               $558.00

*Tuition is charged in 9 equal installments beginning in September. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, with late charges accruing as of the 15th of each month on unpaid balances.

Pre-Payment Discounts
Yearly Plan--The discount for this plan is 5% of the annual tuition of your rate. Payments are due and must be paid in full on or by September 1.

Semester Plan--The discount for this plan is 2% of the annual tuition of your rate. The first payment is due and must be paid in full on or by September 1, 2018 and the second payment on or by February 1, 2019.

Family Discounts
Discounts are offered for multiple students from the same family
     2nd Child--5%
     3rd Child--15%
     4th Child and beyond--30%

Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available to families who qualify.

The Vacaville Adventist School offers tuition assistance through the VASSA (Vacaville Adventist School Student Aid) fund. The VASSA is funded through donations and programs such as the recycling program. Please contact the school for additional information and for an application packet.

The Northern California Conference also offers scholarship opportunities for our students. Please visit the
NCC website under the Education Department for more information. Applications are usually available on or around May 1 and have a deadline date of June 1 for the new academic year. Check their website periodically to view what scholarships are available for award.

Individual local Seventh-Day Adventist churches may also offer financial assistance to their church members. Inquire with your pastor or other leaders of your church.
